W.A.R.M.

Volunteering

To insure its continued success, Project W.A.R.M. needs volunteers to help split and deliver firewood. If you would like to join the Jaycees in this unique and rewarding project, contact the Richmond or Tuckahoe Jaycees.

Deliveries are made every Saturday during the heating season – normally, mid-November through mid-March. Temperature, however, is always the controlling factor in determining the actual start-stop dates.

Splitting schedules are arranged by the individual chapters and have ample flexibility to accommodate changes in workload demands.

Normally, sessions are as follows:

Tuesdays, beginning at 5:30 PM.
Saturdays, beginning at 9:00 AM.
Saturday afternoons are open, as are other evenings.
